At the end of the month, I'll be traveling to San Francisco to attend Oracle Open World. As usual, the start of this event coincides with USAU Regionals. While one has nothing to do with the other, it always makes for interesting travel arrangements. In this case, I've just booked my flight to depart MSP at 9:30pm, and I'm scheduled to arrive in SFO at 11:30pm. I've made this flight before, and it's awesome. This will be my third year attending Oracle Open World. Each year I look through the catalog and try to pick up some of the most interesting and relevant seminars and hands-on labs to attend. While some of the sesssions are usually marketing fluff, others provide more than a basic introduction to a product, feature or service.
